Freddy Residents:
Looking for a leadership opportunity? A 10s cluster position and an At- Large Representative position on the Frederiksen Court Community Council is now open. All residents are encouraged to apply for the positions but only a resident of Buildings 11,12, or 13 can be appointed as 10s cluster representative.
If you want to gain leadership and teamwork experience, plan events and projects, help make Freddy a better place to live, and work with a fun group of student leaders, this opportunity is for you! You must be able to attend Council meetings on Mondays at 7:30 pm.
Applications and more information are available in the Freddy Office and attached below. The application is simple to complete and is due by this Friday, January 27th at 5 pm. Interviews for this position will be held the afternoon of January 29th.

Is your new year’s resolution to make a difference on campus? Do you want to meet new people and boost up your resume? Then, you are in luck! The Iowa State Leadership Experience (ISLE) is a FREE one-day conference offered to all ISU students who want to enhance their leadership skills and network with campus leaders. This year’s nationally recognized keynote speaker is Delatorro L. McNeal. Delatorro is as professional speaker, best-selling author, career coach and successful entrepreneur who is known for inspiring students through film clips and pop culture. Students will also have the opportunity to choose from a number of breakout sessions on topics including running a meeting, communication, icebreakers and teambuilders, conflict management, and much more. ISLE will be held Saturday, January 28 from 10am until 3pm in the Memorial Union. Lunch will be provided. Register today at www.sac.iastate.edu/isle.
